Appointments

How do I book an appointment?

Because of COVID we're doing manual bookings. Contact us through mobile or email so we can let you know the available schedule.

I'm pregnant/breastfeeding, can I book an appointment?

Unfortunately as a precaution, I do not tattoo pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Do you tattoo minors?

Even with parental consent, I do not tattoo minors.

I will be arriving late for my appointment. Can you wait for me?

The appointments are booked ahead of time and I expect you to have made the arrangements to block of majority of your day for it. Traffic is unpredictable in this day and age, so please make the necessary adjustments to arrive early. I have a grace period of 15 minutes. This means you have to make it INSIDE the studio within that time frame, not at the parking lot etc. The grace period will cut into your numbing time.

If you don't make it on time, your deposit will be forfeited. You will need to make another deposit to book a new slot (if the procedure is 20k, you make a 10k deposit, arrive late and the deposit is forfeited, you make another 10k deposit for the new slot, and pay the 10k balance)

Procedures

I have oily skin, what procedure should I do?

I would recommend Powder or Combination Brows. If you really want to try Microblading (6D) we can do that, but be aware that this might fade much faster.

Is it painful?

We numb the brow area prior to the procedure, most of the time my clients don't feel anything due to this. In the event that you do feel something, the pain will get better after the first pass. It might be uncomfortable but I will put a secondary numbing agent which works deeper and will help with any discomfort. *Please note that if you are scheduled on or around your period, the numbing cream doesn't work as well. Feel free to take an oral pain killer at the start of the appointment.

How long does the procedure take?

For new procedures we allot 1 hour and 30 minutes from start to finish while for touchup sessions we allot 1 hour. Numbing takes 20 minutes, and drawing the brows can take another 10-20 minutes. The rest of the time left is for the actual tattooing process. Please try to avoid video calling/sending photos to friends or family because it takes up quite a lot of time waiting for people to answer/reply.

COVID 19

What precautions do you take?

I wear new PPE for each client, I wear a full face respirator, the studio is heavily sanitized in between clients, and I get a RT-PCR Swab test every 2 weeks.

I ask all clients to wear surgical face masks at all times. I also don't allow companions inside the studio.

Prior to the procedure, clients can also opt to schedule an online consultation so we can discuss anything about the procedure. We do this part online so that we don't spend too much time together at the studio.

If I feel under the weather, I cancel appointments and schedule a swab test right away.
