A non-refundable booking fee is required to schedule your appointment at the time of scheduling. This fee will be credited to your procedure fees on the day of your appointment.
If we do not receive the deposit (if paying through bank deposit) within 72 hours of scheduling, your slot will automatically be released.
The remaining balance is due in CASH on the day of your appointment, before the start of your procedure.

Do not book if:

You are pregnant.

You are breastfeeding.

You are under 18 years old.

You are currently undergoing chemotherapy.

You have shingles.
-
You are currently on Accutane (or similar) - You must be off Accutane for 1 year before the procedure

You have an existing tattoo on the area you want done (even if you think it's already faded).
If you book an appointment and show up at your appointment with any of these conditions, your booking fee will be forfeited and the appointment will be cancelled.

It is necessary to be off of Accutane (or similar medications) for one year, prior to all procedures.

It is necessary to be off Retin A or Retinols for 30 days, prior to a procedure.

If you have any skin conditions or medical conditions please let us know PRIOR to booking the appointment.

You cannot have any breakouts near the area we will be working on.

Try to avoid aspirin products for 7 days prior to all procedures unless medically necessary.

Try to avoid Vitamin E and Niacin for two weeks prior to all procedures unless medically necessary.

Avoid alcohol the night before all procedures, and coffee on the day of the procedure.
You must be in good health at the time of the procedure. If you have the flu, cough, or colds, your appointment will be cancelled. Pauline will not work on anyone whose immune system is compromised. Please don't bring companions who are sick into the studio.

Due to COVID, companions are not allowed in the studio.
For everyone's safety all clients are required to wear surgical face masks at all times. Please avoid using cloth masks or masks with valves.

Please plan to be inside the studio at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
As a courtesy to the client scheduled after you, should you arrive inside the studio 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited, no exceptions. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Please anticipate traffic if you're using the expressways or the skyway. Our schedule is tight and being late affects the whole day's flow.

In the rare occurrence that Pauline needs to reschedule your appointment, you will be given the earliest availabilities. If none of the proposed dates work for you, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Once you agree on the date, the prior terms and conditions for rescheduling, tardiness, and cancellations will apply
