Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a 48-hour notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary arrangements. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you provide less than 48 hours notice, a rebooking fee will be applied. Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. In the case of a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. No Show: In the event of a no-show, your deposit will be forfeited. To secure a new appointment, a new deposit will be required. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
